Inside My Make up Bag.

Here’s the essentials in my Make up bag, what’s inside yours?
The products in my bag are my staple essentials, however I’m always buying different products to see how they look and feel.

Primer: Maybelline Baby skin primer; £7.99. Lightweight, silky and keeps my foundation put. A new addition to my make up bag, I’ve recently reviewed this product here.

Foundation: Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation; £28. This foundation matches my skin tone perfectly, lasts all day and doesn’t leave my skin looking or feeling greasy. A little drop also goes a long way, and includes SPF 10 to help protect my skin from the sun.

Concealer:  Benefit – Boi-ing; £17.50. Goodbye dark circles and blemishes!  Don’t think the name is just for effect, industrial strength it is. I use this mainly around my eyes but also over any blemishes as and when they appear. A little pricey for a concealer but it does it’s job so well.

Powder: For touch ups over the day I dab a little Max Factor facefinity powder;  to keep my skin looking flawless. This powder is oil free and containing SPF 15 for sun protection.

Blusher:  Benefit – Hoola; £23.50 It’s actually a bronzing powder but I use this on my cheeks to contour my jawline as a blusher, but you can also dust all over for that fresh tanned look. Be careful not to go in too heavy handed at the colour can be a little dark. This lasts for so long, so don’t let the price put you off. It does come with it’s own little brush, but I use a large Benefit blusher brush.

Eye-liner: Rimmel Liquid eye-liner; £3.99. I’ve used the same eye-liner for about 10 years now. I know some people don’t get on with liquid liner, but it’s so easy to apply with a small but accurate brush, which allows me to adapt my style from fine lines for a more natural day time look to a thick retro liner in the evenings.

Mascara: Soap and Glory Thick and Fast; £10. This is great value for money as the mascara lasts for ages, and makes my eyelashes look long but never clumpy.

Eye Brow pencil: Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil; Applies easily, doesn’t smudge and lasts all day giving my eyebrows a neater appearance.

Lip Gloss: Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker XL Lip Plumping Gloss, £10. This stuff makes my lips a pout and a half! The first time you apply it the tingling sensation is a little different, but it makes my lips look and feel soft and plumpy, but dries out quite quickly when applied over lipstick.

Lip Stick: Max Factor Lipfinity: £10.99. Promises to stay on for 24 hours; I’ve never worn it for 24 hours solid, but it does take a bit of elbow grease to get off after a night out and so it definitely stays put! Also comes with a Moisturising balm to leave my lips feeling soft and hydrated.
